Ticket Sales

Plopsa recommends buying your tickets in advance; that way you can enter the park as smoothly as possible. Moreover, you enjoy a presale benefit, and you no longer need to pass by the cash desk.

In Belgium tickets are available at several presale points such as the Plopsa Shop at the Wijnegem Shopping Center. And also in the Netherlands tickets are available at several presale points.

Validity ticket
All new tickets specify the due date clearly. If you possess tickets who don’t specify such a due date, you can send an e-mail to info@plopsa.be with a clear photo or scan of your tickets attached. Then we gladly control the due date of your tickets.

Print online tickets
Online tickets do not need to be printed. Tickets can also be scanned via your smartphone at the entrance of our park.

Use tickets for another Plopsa park
Tickets can only be used in the mentioned Plopsa park.

Reservation with Bongo/Cadeaubox
No, you don’t need to reserve if you’re willing to use your bongo-voucher/cadeaubox. You can change your bongo-voucher at the cash desk on the day of your visit.

Presale tickets on sold out days
You can’t get access to the park with your presale tickets on days when it’s sold out. You only get access to the park on ‘sold out’ days when you received tickets from the extern party who hired the entire park exclusively.

Days with mention of ‘sold out’ are days when there are large scales corporate events taking place in the park. The park is then exclusively and entirely hired by an extern party. Consequently, the park and shows are not accessible for year card holders and visitors with presale tickets. The cash desks are also closed on ‘sold out’ days. Only visitors with tickets, received from the extern party, can get access to the park.

A visit to Plopsaqua De Panne can be combined with a visit to Plopsaland De Panne. These tickets can be purchased at the cash desks or on our website.
