Safe to Plopsaland De Panne: all information
Good news: Plopsaland De Panne has reopened its doors again for fun with the whole family. In order to allow visitors to enjoy the park safely, a number of corona measures have been taken and you will need to reserve dated tickets online in advance.
Reserve your tickets
Plopsaland De Panne uses adapted opening hours and a limited capacity to guarantee minimum distance and safety for visitors and employees. Therefore, every visitor must reserve a ticket for the day on which he or she wants to visit the park. This can be done easily online via the park's website. You can currently make reservations until 8 November 2020.
Tickets are valid the whole day, except for evening tickets which are valid from 6pm. Only children under 85 cm and persons with a disability do not have to book tickets. Persons with a disability can purchase their tickets at the ticket offices of the park.
Annual passholders can reserve a free ticket for their desired day of visit. Do you already have a ticket? Then you can exchange it online for a ticket with date and time slot. It is not possible to use the existing ticket without a reservation at the park.
It is possible to move your reservation to another date by clicking here and selecting the option to reschedule your reservation, even if the day for which you made your reservation already passed and you have not used the reserved tickets.
As a result of COVID-19 we are obliged to work with a completely new online reservation system in the context of crowd control, we are unfortunately forced to charge an administrative cost of €3.50 per ticket when moving a reservation. After all, changing a reservation also means extra effort and time for the specialised partner we work with. For this we also have to pay our partner.
Tickets and annual passes
All existing Plopsaland De Panne tickets with limited validity which expire in the period March-April-May-June can be exchanged for a new ticket with date for a visit to Plopsaland De Panne until 31 December 2020 incl.
Annual passes that were valid during Plopsaland De Panne's closing period were automatically renewed by the number of closing days that fell within the period of validity of your annual pass. These days start on July 1, 2020. As from July 1, 2020, you will find the new expiry date of your annual pass in your profile via plopsafuncard.be.
With your valid annual pass, you can only visit Plopsaland De Panne after making an online reservation. Annual passholders can reserve multiple visits. If you reserve a visit, but don't use your reservation, we are forced to charge an administrative cost of €15 per ticket for taking the place of another annual passholder unnecessarily.
